Tenant Accounts - Rent

Rent is payable in advance on the 1^st day of each calendar month to the order of Corporate Research Center, c/o FIRST NATIONAL BANK, 1872 Pratt Drive, Suite 1125, Blacksburg, VA 24060.

Rent and other services that are not paid within 15 days of the due date will bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum. Statements will be issued to the tenant around the 20^th of the month that will list all outstanding charges.  Accounts with rent that are overdue by more than 91 days will be reviewed and could be placed with a collection agency. 

To pay for rent electronically, First National Bank in the Garvin building offers monthly automatic funds transfer from your account to the CRC’s.  Please contact the CRC administrative accounting office for details.
