The CRC has won various awards including “Best Practice in Technology Transfer and Research Centers” from the National Council for Urban Economic Development and selection to “IT-PARCS”, a network of the best research parks in the world.

All tenant employees are entitled to a Hokie Passport that gives them numerous “faculty” benefits. 

The CRC’s value proposition is the availability of high-quality business assistance services rather than just real estate.  The expectation is that these services will make companies more successful than they would have been otherwise and, hence, the CRC will be successful.

The CRC offers business assistance services through the Business / Technology Center and through the Business Advisory Group.

The CRC has an on-site bank in the Garvin Building and two ATMS, one in RB XII and one in the RB II parking lot.

Cleaner World picks up and delivers dry cleaning in the bank in the Garvin Building on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am.
